Perhaps our droning on about hospital pay parking in BC needing reform has finally sunk in.
The November 23, 2019 NDP convention in Victoria placed a resolution on the hated public policy early in the schedule of voting. The unanimous support suggests those in government are having second thoughts about exploiting British Columbians when they are at their lowest, weakest and most vulnerable to financial abuse under the mighty hand of the supreme tax authority.
Adrian Dix has often remarked that his department is “looking into it”.
It’s now time to end the looking and start the doing.
